You have 30 days from the day your Scrubzy arrives to request a return. To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. (Basically, no food residue or mysterious soap spots, please.)

1. Send an email to scrubzyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with a return shipping address and simple instructions.
3. Ship it back to us, and once it’s inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you an email to confirm. Refunds are automatically sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Got the wrong brush head or color? No problem — just contact us and we’ll sort out a replacement. We’ll even help cover return shipping if it was our mistake.
